Min-Guk Cho (Minguk Jo) is a cancer/Molecular Biologist whose passion lies in understanding how damaged cancer genomes communicate with the immune system. Min-Guk is now establishing the Cho Lab at Stony Brook Cancer Center. His lab focuses on how genomic instability and therapy-induced DNA damage activate innate immune signaling and shape anti-tumor immunity, with the goal of developing new strategies to improve cancer treatment. Outside the lab, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new places, and learning about science, technology, and the economy.
